Smoked Malt Whisky Tawny – Simply the Best.

This magnificent tawny was awarded Third Place in the International Wine Show in London, 1999; and it was entered on a whim by a friend! Using peat imported from Ireland, and housed in oak from the King’s Forest in England, this unique Tawny is medium to dry in flavour, shows an earthy brown hue and is delightfully supported by a touch of Smoked Malt Whisky which adds to its complexity of flavour. This is the drink for when you dare to be different, when only the best will do, and you know you deserve the best!

 

Midnight Desire – Passionately alluring

Ginseng Liqueur – The Total Body Tonic

For thousands of years this ancient herb has been utilised in a myriad of ways in promoting and retaining health as well as addressing many common ailments and illnesses experienced by everyday people.

Known for its stringent qualities, Ginseng works as a powerful cleanser and purifier of the blood. In this manner, all bodily functions relating to our blood, heart, and circulation in general, are enhanced.

People have been known, with the aid of Ginseng, to experience improved circulation, more stable blood pressure, more restful sleep, and greater levels of energy. Regular use has even been known to improve our immune system making one less susceptible to colds, flu, or general malaise.

 

Fruits:

Our range of liqueur fruits are in a class of their own. Rich yet simple, luscious yet elegant, they can be enjoyed in so many different ways yet are perfect just on their own.

Specially chosen dried fruits are carefully marinated in the perfect blend of liqueurs in order to create this truly unique ‘gift of the gods’. Over a period of months, the fruit slowly takes in the liqueur opening itself to the magic of the secret combination of herbs. In time, the delicate fruit unfolds into a rich, powerful explosion of sensorial fulfillment.

Currently in production we have liqueur apricots, liqueur plums and liqueur figs with ginger and honey. In addition to the marinating process, the figs are also poached gently with the crystallized ginger and honey in order to create the perfect blend of flavours.

As well as being the perfect accompaniment with any cheese platter or on any picnic, these liqueur fruits can be added to just about any dish enhancing flavours and bringing about a truly unique experience.

When pureed, they make perfect sauces for sweet or savoury dishes. Chopped finely, they become a delicious filling between the layers of your favourite cakes, or even as a filling rolled up in your favourite meats (which have been flattened, of course!). The possibilities are endless, limited only by one’s imagination!

The rich, luscious, decadent experience of our beautiful liqueurs is the perfect partner of one of life’s most precious commodities universally loved and adored by generations of people throughout eons of time. In fact, at certain times in history, it was considered to be even more valuable than gold!

Our creation of liqueur chocolates is an on-going adventure with our desire to have the perfect expressions for each of the liqueurs’ personalities designed to excite the taste buds of even the most discerning of chocolate lovers.

Although our creation of liqueur chocolates is an ever evolving process (we just love to experiment!), our current range consists of five beautifully hand-made, locally produced lusciously fulfilling, mouth tantalizing, rich, delicious chocolates! They are Harmony, Escalibor, Fig and Apricot each in dark chocolate and Peach in milk chocolate.
